    We’re seeking a driven and passionate board-certified music therapist to join our team full time – someone who is most passionate about serving adults and pediatrics with mental health and social-emotional needs; all ages with developmental disabilities; older adults; students receiving IEP services; early intervention programs.

    Daytime, afternoon, evening, and some weekend availability is needed.
    We serve Frederick County, Washington County, and Montgomery County, Maryland.

    Responsibilities include:

    Assessment and treatment of clients with diverse needs in accordance with the CBMT Scope of Practice and the AMTA Standards of Clinical Practice.

    Planning, preparation, and execution of goal-driven individual & group music therapy sessions and related programs.

    Regular and timely documentation of music therapy sessions and completion of reports.

    Consistent communication with family members, agency staff, and the Executive Director of NPMTS.

    Maintaining professional and ethical behavior in accordance with the CBMT Scope of Practice and the AMTA Code of Ethics at all times.

    Maintaining board certification in accordance with the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
