The holidays are here, which means good food, good music, time with family, and all the arts and crafts you could ever want. We love using jingle bells in sessions year round, but there is something about the holiday season that makes them extra special – so in this tutorial, you are going to learn in three easy steps, how to make your own jingle bells that you can use at home with your kiddos!
To make homemade jingle bells, you will need the following:
- Stretch Magic Jewelry Making Cord (or some variety of string)
- Jingle Bells
- Scissors
Follow these instructions below and you will have your DIY: Jingle Bells in a jiffy!
- Cut the cord/string, which will be sized to your child’s wrist (leaving an extra 3 – 4 inches for tying at the end)
- String on the jingle bells
- Cut the string, tie them off and you are ready to make music with your homemade jingle bells.
Safe, simple, and fun for the entire family!
